Jewel is a family-run company that has been in operation for over forty years. Mr. Kowa, the head of the family, applies his nearly half-century of experience to producing these sturdy and durable bowls. It's his eldest daughter, Kaoru, whose illustrations keep them young at heart. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Comes in a set of three.

- Wipe clean with a soft cloth. If left to oxidize naturally, the surface will turn to a pleasant rusty patina. To help retain existing finish, apply a clear, exterior-grade polyurethane sealant. Allow to completely dry before exposing to moisture or sunlight.
